Trash Talking
This rule includes players trash talking the staff or sending messages to players saying "The game is fixed" etc. Any player having profile messages which put down staff or are false allegations in which are obviously un proven will result in a ban. Keep your opinions to yourself, if you don't like the game the solution is simple...DON'T PLAY Its unfair for certain individuals to ruin the games good reputation, with false allegations!
Scamming Turns/ops/defs
We ban many multiple accounts during a round and if one of them multi accounts has attacked you, then you are eligable for your thugs/ho's or turns back. However, if you lie and try and scam free thugs/ho's or turns you will be permanently banned. An example: Changing attack logs to increase thugs/ho's killed or money stolen!
Persistent In Game Messaging
If you have a problem the staff do their best to find a solution. But we do not appreciate the same or similar message multiple times. This clogs up mailboxes and results in the staff often missing important mail. Initially you will be given a warning if you continue, it will result in a ban.
Whore Swapping
This rule is an elaborated version of the "Leaking" rule. You are not allowed to leave your cartel and let another member kill or steal your ho's/thugs and then rejoin. This gives an unfair advantage and will result in a one round ban. Repeat offenders will be permanently banned!
Killing Multi/No Guns Accounts
If you kill an multi account and that account has no guns and you receive no thug lost, you must report it so the kills are removed. If you do not report it and you are caught you will be banned. This is because alot of players make fake accounts, they then scout alot of thugs and purchase no guns. Then they log in their real account and kill the account in which they just made. This results in a attack log that looks like this:
Player 1 invaded your crib. 52,356 of your boys were killed. 0 of Player 1's died as well.
Using Exploits
Often players find exploits in php coding, if you find an exploit which you know shouldn't be there and don't report it, or continue to use it, you will be banned. You cannot blame the staff or game creator for not preventing the exploit, cause often they are unaware it exists. This will result in a permanent ban!
Shared Computers
As this is a browser based game and therefore difficult to prevent cheating we are very strict about sharing the same computer. Don't even log into your friends computer as it will show as multi and 1 or both accounts will be banned from the game.We take pride in having a cheat free game.This rule applies to 2 people using SAME COMPUTER and NOT ip or 2 computers in same home.
Leaking
You may not in any way message or tell anyone that your hoes or thugs are unhappy. This rule also includes borrowing your hoes/thugs to another player so you can extort and make money, then returning them.
Supering
You in no way are allowed to plan attacks with pimps that are not a member of your crew. If you are not in a crew, you still cannot plan attacks with other gangsters. This is known as supering, and it is not allowed in this game
Spaming
We are really strick about spammers. Please do not post links to other games on the net, its just out of respect to the programers who work hard on this game. This includes posting links to sites that contain links to other games. Your pimp charactor can be banned pretty fast if you abuse this rule.
Attacking
You may not attack your own crew members, no matter how you think it may be fair, its not. Use common sense, if you leave a crew, attack a member, and rejoin the crew. You will be removed.

Just because the rule isnt listed here, doesnt make it right. Please think before you take action. Not following our rules may have your account banned with NO REFUNDS!
Farming
This involves using programs to hide your ip address so you can make multiple accounts and then kill the thugs in your new accounts with no guns and undetected. All kills are calculated mathematically with some leniancy, if you are a free player and you have 10+ million kills your cheating!
